In smaller towns and villages, sport, music or religious youth clubs usually play a role compared to cities. Otherwise, the activities in clubs generally do not differ widely from gym/sport to more cultural activities such as dance. Often, but not always, one of the goals of a "Youth Work" or "Youth School" will be to create a youth center.
